Executive Flooring Solutions specializes in a wide variety of floor coverings, architectural accents, furniture, and other construction services, while supporting our team and the veteran community. Large industrial projects, commercial spaces, and small residential jobs are all approached with the same level of enthusiasm and precision. We pride ourselves in our ability to proactively identify problems and work solutions for them, while minimizing disruptions in the workflow. Our work ethic, customer service, attention to detail, and quality remain constant throughout, regardless of project scope; while remaining within budget and timeline goals.

Executive Flooring Solutions is a veteran & family owned small business that has created a culture of excellence within itself.  This allows us to succeed where many others have failed.  We pride ourselves on the fact that the Solutions in Executive Flooring Solutions is what has driven our success, and continues to ensure that it is what carries us into the future.  EFS also believes that it is its responsibility and duty to support and give back to the community which has helped make us so successful. Josh Moll

Chief Executive Officer

Josh was born and raised in Central Arkansas near Hot Springs.  In 1999, after graduating high school with honors at the age of 17, Josh joined the United States Marine Corps where he would spend the next four years traveling the world. 

Deployed with the 24th MEU during 9/11, Josh then deployed to Iraq in 2003 during Operation Iraqi Freedom, seeing the invasion through the end of major combat operations.  Upon returning stateside, Josh was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps after over four years as a non-commissioned officer with multiple awards and commendations. 

Josh returned to Arkansas after his service, settled in NWA, and became a commercial flooring subcontractor. In late 2017, after over 20 years of management, flooring, and construction experience, Josh and his brothers started Executive Flooring Solutions. Along with his CEO duties, Josh continues to focus on and be responsible for training and ensuring that every employee embodies the culture of EFS. He also personally runs major jobs and still continues to install, in the belief that leadership comes from the front.

Jason Moll

Chief Financial Officer

Jason was born in Oklahoma City and moved with his family at a young age to Central Arkansas, where he lived until graduating high school with honors.  After graduation, he moved to the thriving Northwest Arkansas area to begin his professional career.

Beginning in the hospitality industry, Jason rose in the ranks to become the Director of Sales at a large hotel and convention center.  Shortly after, he was recruited into the banking sector and quickly climbed to a bank manager position. After a few years in this position, he moved into the logistical industry with one of the largest logistics companies in the United States, where he remains as Director of Business Development.

Jason joined his brothers in starting EFS in 2018, bringing over 15 years of sales, financial, and business management experience to the company.  Along with his CFO responsibilities, Jason also ensures that the logistical and financial sides of the business and individual projects are on time and budget. 

Jonathan Moll

Vice President of Business Development

Jonathan was born in Little Rock, and spent his childhood running around the Ouachita Mountains of Central Arkansas.  After graduating high school with honors, he attended to the University of Arkansas until the events of 9/11 changed his course.  

Jonathan joined the United States Marine Corps in 2003 just before Operation Iraqi Freedom began and earned a meritorious promotion in boot camp, before completing School of Infantry and joining his unit.  Twice deployed to Al Anbar province, Jonathan spent 15 months in and around Falluja in 2004 and 2006-2007. He was honorably discharged in 2009, having received multiple awards and becoming a non-commissioned officer.  

In 2018, after almost 2 decades in the construction, environmental, and furniture industries, Jonathan joined his brothers in starting EFS.  A huge responsibility in his role as Vice President of Business Development is to expand the scope and influence of Executive Flooring Solutions and push the culture into the future.  This includes being boots on the ground and designing, building, installing, and anything else that needs to be accomplished, following the Marine Corps ethos of leading from the front. 

Robbie Lindsey

Chief Operations Officer

Robbie was born in Nevada and spent his childhood there and in the Texas panhandle before moving to Albuquerque at the age 15. It was there that he started his flooring career working with his older brothers. He struck out on his own in his early 20’s, and after a visit to Northwest Arkansas in the early 90’s, decided to settle in the growing area. Robbie has spent the last 30 years, first installing – then managing large commercial flooring projects in NWA and the surrounding areas. 

Always with an outlook on improving and learning every aspect of the industry, Robbie has completed manufacturer’s training and education certifications for multiple products and processes related to the industry. Robbie is well known in the Northwest Arkansas flooring industry as a consummate professional that always meets deadlines and project goals without ever sacrificing quality or workmanship. From small homes to casinos & hospitals, he is adept at managing any size project. 

Executive Flooring Solutions is excited to have Robbie on board as part of the team. We have worked with him for years and are proud to have him join us and advance our culture of excellence. As Chief Operations Officer, Robbie is responsible for a wide range of duties; from estimating and pre-bid meetings, to labor appropriations and on-site project management.

Jacob Moll

Project Manager

Jacob grew up in the Ouachita Mountains near Hot Springs, spending his youth on the rivers and lakes of Central Arkansas. Shortly after high school, Jacob joined the United States Marine Corps as a machine gunner.

Deploying to Iraq in 2007, Jacob’s unit was tasked with securing the Haditha Hydroelectric Dam and surrounding area of operations. After serving honorably in Iraq as a non-commissioned officer, Jacob returned to the states and was discharged from the Marine Corps. 

Jacob joined his brothers with Executive Flooring Solutions in 2018, after 15 years of construction, furniture, and project management experience.  As Project Manager, he is responsible for ensuring job completion from start to finish. He continues to instill the ‘leadership from the front’ mentality of EFS by engaging projects with a hands-on approach.

Ashley Moll

Vice President of Communications

Ashley was born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She graduated from Fayetteville High School in 2001 and went on to teach dance while managing a retail store. She started working with Executive Flooring Solutions in August of 2018 in customer relations and dealt with the day to day needs of clients.

As Vice President of Communications, her background experience has permitted her to excel into a leadership position. She is responsible for all aspects of administration, human resources, marketing and program development. Ashley specializes in creating communication strategies for every unique client and business relations. Along with managing the office, she also assists with estimating for commercial projects and building personal relationships with our representatives for each company.
